Holly Thomas has spent her entire career in the medical field as an office manager and medical biller. In addition to running our practice she strives herself in helping patients navigating the complicated world of health insurance. Holly is originally from Central New York. She has 3 beautiful children. When she is not at work, she is soaking up as much time with her children as possible, attending their sporting and school events. She is also a avid animal and cat lover.

Erika Wilsch is a speech pathologist who grew up right here in CNY. She is a graduate of Solvay High School and attended SUNY Cortland for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Erika strives to constantly grow and learn within the speech pathology field. When she is not working here at Lifespan Erika loves to spend time with her family, fiancee, and her dog Murphy.

Elissa is a seasoned speech language pathologist who works for Lifespan part time. She has experience treating both pediatric and adult patients. She has a long history of experience with the elderly population. When Elissa isn't at Lifespan she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Sue is a member of our office staff here at Lifespan; She comes with over a decade of experience working in various medical offices. Sue especially loves working and speaking directly with all our patients and always brings a smile to everyones face that she interacts with. Sue is a native of CNY and when she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren. Sue is also a expert shopper.

Jenny is a fantastic pediatric speech pathologist, who comes from a long history of working with school age children. She works for Lifespan part time in the evening to help our families who need after school hours. When Jenny isn't working she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancee.

Megan in native to Upstate, NY and she has spent the majority of her career working in medical offices, Prior to joining Lifespan she was a front office manager for a physical therapy clinic. She really enjoys working in a therapy-based environment where she can see patients grow and improve over time. Megan has two beautiful children which happily take the majority of her free time, and she wouldn't have it any other way!

Cailin is the newest member of the office staff here at Lifespan Speech. Cailin has previous experience working in medical offices in CNY. When Cailin is not at Lifespan she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is also a avid animal/dog lover.
